September 2014. 30 years ago Bronski Beat played at this venue for the ‘Pits & Perverts’ benefit show in aid of the Miners Strike. The film Pride is about the LGSM (Lesbians and Gays Support The Miners) alliance and their involvement in helping support the miners striking in 1984.
